Teen Challenge Canada Inc. operates 12-month in-residence alcohol and drug addiction rehabilitation programs with centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario. We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs through a proven faith-based program. Addicts, alcoholics, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.

The primary responsibility of the Development Officer is to initiate outreaches, events, and engage and nurture donor relations. The Development Officer works in collaboration with the Regional Development Team, Centre Directors and Administrative Support Staff, to plan and execute all local development initiatives, in adherence with Best Practices as established by the National Office. Responsibilities include: establishing and nurturing donor relationships, performing administrative functions, attending and assisting outreaches and events including Golf, Ambassador Teams, Galas, and other events, coaching, leading, mentoring and mobilizing volunteers, students and committee members to fulfil annual fundraising strategies.
